We need to edit this following sound of the bands song to make it synced with the video. Although the song we used is the Ashfield's song we can't edit it too much as it will show a difference between their version and our edited version. However, we could still edit the audio for example making it quieter to fit in to the visuals. Making the lyrics synced in to fit the visuals was important as it made more sense of the music video and the codes and conventions will help towards fitting in the video.
Here I edited the noise reduction on the effects at the top left because the audio file is too loud. This was done to help me meet the conventions of a music video as it more professional turning the audio down, as having it too loud will not fit the genre of Indie Rock which doesn't tend to be loud enough to not concentrate on the visuals.
Below are the tools I used when editing the audio to make the sound of a better quality, although we couldn't edit the audio too much as it would have sounded differently to the bands version. I did use the amplify bit though on the audio which increases the strength of the audio therefore making it of a better quality.
Secondly I made sure I turned down the audio by altering the sound waves and dragging them down to lower how loud the audio was. Turning it down was to show the conventions of an Indie rock genre and is always done in the professional industry
